Adding to the cast of "Dexter", Yvonne Straovski is slated to appear in several episodes for serial killer drama's seventh season, NBC announced earlier this week.

The 29-year-old actress will play Hannah McKay, a "strong, independent woman with a past that she's struggled to put behind her. As a turn of events leads Miami Metro Homicide to ask for her help in solving some old cases, Dexter works with her and begins to wonder if there's more to this woman than she's professed."

Stepping out for a fun-filled night of promotional duties, Yvonne Strahovski made an appearance on “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” on Wednesday (January 11).

The Aussie actress showed off her slim figure in a strapless black dress and heels as she was welcomed on-stage for her sit down with Jimmy.

Following a long day of press duties during their television panels, a long list of stars gathered together for the NBC Universal 2012 Winter TCA Tour All-Star Party in Pasadena, California on Friday night (January 6).
