Comfortably positioned atop the pack, "Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows" shot to the number one spot at the box office over the weekend of December 16-18, 2011.

In the midst of promoting her upcoming film “Young Adult,” Charlize Theron called into “On Air with Ryan Seacrest” on Monday (December 12).

Of her character in the comedy, the South African actress told the show's host, “She’s a hot mess, and also somewhat delusional. So she’s kind of attempting this rescue mission. She really truly thinks he’s miserable, and that she’s going to rescue him from this horrible fate of a beautiful young child, and a beautiful wife.”

It’s scheduled to hit theaters on December 16th, and “Young Adult” has just released a red band trailer to start building the buzz.

In the clip, star Charlize Theron ends up losing it and cussing out a female friend when she spills a drink on her shirt.
