Kicking off the week with some media duties, Daniel Radcliffe was spotted out and about in New York City this morning (January 30).

The handsome English actor dropped by ABC Studios to do an interview on “Good Morning America” to promote his brand new film “The Woman in Black.”

Daniel noted that his new gig is a definite departure from his “Harry Potter” days. “I had a fantastic time on those films, and I never want to be one of those people to turn my back on the thing that got me where I am today, but yeah, it was very exciting for me to be going off and doing other stuff.”

He also shared that “The Woman in Black” actually sees him not as a boy, but as a father. “It is very different, and one of the things people will probably notice is that I feel much older in this film. Having seen me in a schoolboy outfit for ten years, it might be a little bit of a jump for people to see me as a dad, but it’s great.”

Along with chatting it up on “Good Morning America,” Daniel also paid a day-beginning visit to the Elvis Duran Z100 Morning Show in Manhattan.
