Set to hit newsstands on December 20th, the "Hot in Cleveland" star opens up with the magazine about her relationship with ex-hubby rocker Eddie Van Halen, happiness, dieting and her co-star Betty White.

They got engaged back in March during a trip to Italy, and Valerie Bertinelli and Tom Vitale seem to be the happiest they’ve ever been.

According Bertinelli’s fitness trainer, Christopher Lane, Valerie is “happiest when they’re together. She’s thrilled to be with the man she loves.”
