Two and a Half Men

Allowing for things to be a little more public than his former employer prefers, the arbitrator overseeing the case between Charlie Sheen, Warner Bros. and "Two and a Half Men" co-creator Chuck Lorre has denied the studio's request for a gag order surrounding the proceedings.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, all parties are now allowed to speak freely to the press regarding any such issues regarding the case.

Getting a jump start on promotions for his “Two and a Half Men” gig, Ashton Kutcher paid a visit to “The Late Show with David Letterman” last night (August 24).

The “Butterfly Effect” stud looked snazzy in a bow tie, button up shirt, and blazer combo as he waved to fans outside the Ed Sullivan Theatre in New York City.

He might have moved back onto the small screen, but Ashton Kutcher is still raking in the big bucks - so much so that he now tops the list of highest paid TV actors.
