Trista Sutter Gets Back to Her Playing Weight
With all the celebrity pregnancies going on lately, there’s sure to be a surge of stars at the gym when they’re done giving birth. And Trista Sutter is talking openly about her struggle to shed her pregnancy pounds.
She told press that ever since she gave birth to her son Max this past July, she’s been focused on losing the 30 pounds she had gained. "I'm happy with my body. I'm confident and proud of the work I've done."
And her fabulous post-birth body hasn’t come easy. "Every night before I go to bed, I do abs, pushups, and tricep presses. I feel better when I wake up if I've done something to set my muscles and make them feel active."
The healthy lifestyle has even improved her relationship with her husband, Ryan. "I feel a lot more fit and healthy. And I think that's playing a part in our relationship.”
Trista was excited to report that they’ve even started trying to have another child. “I'd love to have babies close in age. And it took us so long the first time that if it takes us two years, then that will be fine."
