Tom Sizemore On His Arrest: I Will Be Exonerated

He's no stranger to legal troubles, and overnight (September 20) Tom Sizemore was arrested on a charge of misdemeanor battery.

According to the New York Daily News, the "Saving Private Ryan" actor and "Celebrity Rehab" alum was taken into custody around 1:15 a.m. Tuesday morning on an outstanding warrant for battery.

After posting $26,000 bail, Tom took to his Twitter to clear up what he calls a bunch of confusion, writing, "A lot of bad information has been put out there about me. The truth will eventually surface… I will be exonerated."

Sizemore claims that the warrant was due to a clerical error that was made in connection to his spousal battery arrest back in 2009, as reported by TMZ
