Showing some love to his Japanese fans, Tom Cruise showed up at the Tokyo premiere of his new film “Jack Reacher” earlier today (January 9).

Joined by costar Rosamund Pike and director Christopher McQuarrie, the “Minority Report” stud garnered quite the warm welcome from the crowd that gathered at the Tokyo International Forum.

At the world premiere of his action flick, "Jack Reacher," in London, Tom Cruise spoke with Entertainment Tonight about his character and those crazy car stunts.

About the Lee Childs'-created hero, the 50-year-old actor gushes, "He's just a very unique character. He's got dignity, he's got his own moral code. He's not dealing with the constraints of normal society, yet he is very moral and he is flawed and he's interesting. He's got great wit."

Stepping out to promote his latest film, Tom Cruise paid a visit to “Late Night with Jimmy Fallon” on Tuesday (December 18).

Handsomely dressed in dark jeans and a black sweater, the actor spoke with Fallon about “Jack Reacher” in which he plays a homicide investigator who digs deeper into a case involving a trained military sniper.
