Tiger Woods Thrilled Over Chevron World Challenge Win
It’s taken him quite awhile to bounce back to full form, but on Sunday (December 4) Tiger Woods won his first golf tournament in two years.
After Woods’ 2009 sex scandal was revealed to the world, his marriage and golf game quickly fizzled, but the 35-year-old redeemed himself on the course at the Chevron World Challenge in Thousand Oaks, CA.
"I feel very comfortable," Woods told reporters during a press conference. "Was I nervous? Absolutely. People don't realize how hard it is to win golf tournaments. They're not easy."
Shortly after the scandal went public, Woods put his career on hold to complete a sex rehab program.
