Shrek the Third

As Justin Timberlake continues to dominate the media world, he’s coming clean about his own life experiences that helped him bring authenticity to the character of Artie in “Shrek The Third.”

He says he could relate to Artie because he was also “uncool” growing up. Justin recently told press, "My character in the film is not cool. He's a bright-eyed kid who's been told his whole life he's a loser, but he gets the opportunity to grow.”

This is certainly the time of year for movies; even third installments of film franchises. While Spiderman 3 and Pirates of the Caribbean: At World’s End are occupying their fair share of the spotlight, Shrek The Third is pulling it’s weight, too. Cameron Diaz has been doing publicity for the new film, and she recently visited Taiwan.

At the premiere of "Shrek the Third," Cameron Diaz and Justin Timberlake caused a mini-frenzy as they greeted each other with a kiss. During her media tour this week, Cameron made an attempt to clear the air.

Talking to Meredith Vieira on the "Today" show Wednesday (May 9), Cameron said, "Look, we're friends so it's OK. It's not something that you really worry about. I think all you want is for the person that you care about to be happy. And I think we both are, so it's easy for us to see each other. And it's easy for us to greet each other."
