Sheryl Crow Granted Restraining Order Against Alleged Stalker
After a fierce legal battle Sheryl Crow and Harvey Weinstein were finally granted restraining orders against an alleged stalker.
On Tuesday (August 14), Phillip Gordon Sparks went before a judge in Santa Monica's Superior Court and was ordered to stay away from the 50-year-old singer and the 60-year-old director for three years.
As previously reported by GossipCenter, Sparks claimed that the pair stole $7.5 million from him.
Aside from the above claim, Phillip has allegedly sent threatening messages to both parties and even told staff at the Screen Actors Guild that he would shoot them.
During today's trial, forensic psychiatrist David Glaser concluded that Sparks was "delusional."
