Stepping out to grab breakfast with her family, Selena Gomez was spotted in Encino, CA on Tuesday morning (July 23).

The 20-year-old beauty rocked a chic ensemble with an over-sized fuchsia scarf and black tank as she and her kin grabbed grub at a local Panera Bread.

Miss Gomez’s family is in town to celebrate her birthday and the group was spotted grabbing dinner on Sunday night with Justin Bieber before the 2012 Teen Choice Awards.

At the award show a source revealed that, "Justin made a speech which brought tears to Selena,” adding, “It was basically about how wonderful and exceptional Selena is and everyone stood up and applauded. It was very sweet. Justin looked like he is just head over heels in love with Selena."
