Taking the next step in their surprising three-month romance, Scarlett Johansson and Sean Penn have reportedly just become housemates.

An inside source revealed to Us magazine that the 26-year-old has indeed moved in to Sean's $3.8 million dollar Malibu mansion.

After negotiations between the two parties took place earlier today (March 28), Sean Penn has reportedly settled a civil suit filed by the photographer he kicked nearly two years ago.

The actor approached and kicked paparazzo Jordan Dawes in Brentwood, California in October 2009, with the incident caught on video.

Stepping out for a special night, Sean Penn was spotted at the 61st Berlin International Film Festival in Berlin, Germany on Monday (February 14).

The “Milk” actor was dressed to the nines, but seemed a bit out of it as he smoked a cigarette and answered questions from the media.
