Sarah Hyland Hosts Songbirds’ Album Release Party For Elle Magazine

Kicking off the weekend a bit early, Sarah Hyland played host for the Elle Magazine-sponsored Songbirds’ Miss Me album release shindig last night (August 9).

Joined by her “Modern Family” costar Ariel Winter, Miss Hyland took over the Sunset Marquis Hotel & Villas in West Hollywood for the star-studded affair.

And guests like Audrina Patridge, Sophia Bush, and Brittany Snow all showed up looking fabulous as they posed in the arrivals area for fans and shutterbugs.

Additionally, Jordana Brewster, Holland Roden, and Kat DeLuna all made appearances at the top-notch industry event.
