After being arrested back in September for causing more than $5000 in damage to a home they once owned in Santa Barbara, CA, Randyand Evi Quaid were recently rejected to seek extradition by U.S. officials.

According to the New York Daily News, authorities in Santa Barbara have sought the couple's return for months.

According to Radar Online, Judge Donna Geck issued a bench warrant for the arrest of Evi, but not for Randy.
