Prince Charles and Camilla Fall Victim to Protesters
In quite the disruptive scare, Prince Charles and wife Camilla Parker-Bowles were the victims of a protester attack on Thursday evening (December 9) in London, England.
The Rolls Royce in which the royal couple was riding in en route to the London Palladium had white paint hurled at it by students angered by the recent tuition increase.
A source at the theatre told UsMagazine, "They were whisked inside as soon as they arrived. All security were on hand to protect them as they entered the theatre."
Fortunately, Charles and Camilla were unharmed, but thirty-eight protesters and 10 police officers were injured, with six more officers requiring hospital treatment.
