Paz de la Huerta Pleads Guilty to Harassment Charge

Bringing an end to her courtroom doings, Paz de la Huerta has entered a guilty plea to a charge of harassment.

The “Boardwalk Empire” actress was originally facing five misdemeanors related to her attack on “The City” star Samantha Swetra, but got a sweetheart deal thanks to her willingness to plead guilty.

Paz de la Huerta's Day In Court Pushed Back

Ready to finalize her punishment, Paz de la Huerta was spotted upon arrival to the Manhattan Criminal Courthouse in New York City earlier today (July 14).

The "Boardwalk Empire" actress was all set to plead guilty in relation to a March scuffle with reality TV personality Samantha Swetra in the Big Apple's Meatpacking District, however the judge rejected the deal...for now.

Paz de la Huerta Charged with Assault

Following a dust-up with MTV's Samantha Swetra last month, Paz de la Huerta went before a New York City judge earlier today (April 19), where she faced an array of charges.

During the March 20th brawl, the "Boardwalk Empire" star allegedly punched and threw a glass at Swetra's face, bringing harm to her nose and mouth.

Paz de la Huerta: Under Arrest

Adding to the list of celebrities with legal problems, Paz de la Huerta was arrested this past Tuesday (March 22) for her involvement in a Standard Hotel fracas.

The “Boardwalk Empire” star got into a physical altercation with Samantha Swetra at the Manhattan hotel and ended up punching her in the face.
