According to TMZ reports, the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department is passing their findings to the DA, with the case expected to be handed to prosecutors this month.

He’s gotten himself into quite the mess with Oksana Grigorieva, and it is now being reported that the L.A. County Sheriff’s Department has opened up a domestic violence investigation against Mel Gibson.

According to TMZ, the probe is in connection with the hot-tempered actor’s alleged attack against Miss Grigorieva, who is a former girlfriend and the mother of his child.
