In her best professional attire, the former "Desperate Housewives" actress walked out of the legal building hand-in-hand with lawyer Marc Baute after being rocked by the news that the judge dropped her lawsuit against “Desperate Housewives” creator Marc Cherry and ABC.

Continuing to fight her way through a major lawsuit, Nicollette Sheridan was spotted going into the Stanley Mosk Courthouse on Tuesday (March 6).
