Nicole Richie Celebrates "Fashion Star" Premiere

Celebrating her comeback to the small screen, Nicole Richie was spotted at a premiere party for the new NBC series "Fashion Star" in New York City on Tuesday night (March 13).

Looking stunning in a silky yellow gown, the House of Harlow designer posed for pictures before heading into Macy's Herald Square for the swanky event

Along with Jessica Simpson and John Varvatos, Richie is a fashion mentor for the competition series which premiered at 9:30/8:30c.

With Elle Macpherson as the host and executive producer, the series gives 14 unknown designers the chance to win a multi-million dollar prize to launch their collections in three of America's largest retailers: Macy's, H&M and Saks Fifth Avenue.
