Lady Gaga Makes a Stunning Entrance at the 2013 MTV Video Music Awards
The "Applause" singer got all gussied up for her red carpet moment, working her magic for the shutterbugs outside Brooklyn’s Barclays Center before heading inside for all the action.
Though she just missed out on the nominations this year, the 27-year-old pop star will open the show with a brand new single, returning from a stage hiatus due to a serious hip injury a few months back.
Given that this is the first year the VMA’s have invaded Brooklyn, there’s a whole new energy in the air, and fans can hardly wait to find out who wins the coveted Video of the Year moonman.
The contenders are Macklemore & Ryan Lewis for “Thrift Shop,” Bruno Mars for “Locked Out of Heaven,” Taylor Swift for “I Knew You Were Trouble,” Robin Thicke for “Blurred Lines” and Justin Timberlake for “Mirrors.”
