Failing to make good on her promise to quit Twitter, Miley Cyrus had a bit of a tweeting temper tantrum after a fan claimed she saw Cyrus lunching with Nick Jonas.

The “Party in the USA” babe was irate over a tweet that claimed, “Miley Cyrus was at Paty’s with Nick Jonas like 10 mins ago. So cool.”

Lending her famous name to a cause she cares deeply for, Miley Cyrus has drawn fire from New York City carriage owners for her stance against the horse-drawn Big Apple fixtures.

On Tuesday (March 19), the “Party in the USA” songstress tweeted her support of a petition to free the horses, saying “NYC is just 761 signatures shy of 100,000 petition goal to #FreeTheHorsesNYC!”

She’s always enjoyed hamming it up for the camera, and Miley Cyrus just posted a new video to her Facebook page to show off her killer dance moves.

In the clip, the “Party in the USA” babe proves that she can’t be tamed, shaking and gyrating all over the place in a unicorn onesie.
