After more than a decade-long hiatus, Michael J Fox may be returning to television.
According Vulture, the "Back to the Future" actor has teamed up with “Cougartown” writer Sam Laybourne and "Easy A" director Will Gluck on a new comedy series said to be based off his life.
Right now the single-camera project is being shopped around by Sony Pictures to various networks, which sources say is going extremely well. It will hopefully be ready for a 2013 launch.
As previously reported by GossipCenter, the 51-year-old actor was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease back in 1991 and hasn't had a starring role since his days on "Spin City" back in 2001.
