Max Irons Talks "The White Queen" in Town & Country September 2013
While teaming up with lensman Kevin O'Brien for the spread, the 27-year-old actor chatted about the show and his career.
Check out a few highlights from Mr. Irons' interview below. For more, be sure to visit Town & Country!
On "The White Queen":
"It's a bit 'Downton Abbey'–meets–'Game of Thrones'. The Starz cut contains breasts and buttocks. The BBC cut doesn't."
On his father's advice:
"My dad said once, 'Max hasn't really had an opportunity to fail privately.' My dad worked on small stages, instead of finding himself on the big screen, where if you fail, you've failed very, very publicly."
On his career:
"You don't want to earn your millions and then be nowhere in six years. I want to be working in 60 years."
