Getting ready for a nationally televised performance, Matthew Morrison was busy rehearsing for "A Capitol Fourth" in Washington, D.C. on Sunday afternoon (July 3).

Lending his vocal talents to a good cause, Matthew Morrison performed at the VH1 Save The Music Foundation's Songwriter Music Series at the Hard Rock Cafe in Times Square yesterday (May 16).

The "Glee" actor looked studly in a brown leather jacket, light green shirt, and pair of ripped blue jeans as he treated the audience to a sample of his musical offerings.

With the close of the hit show's second season rapidly approaching, fans of "Glee" have been presented with another special treat this morning (May 10).

Debuting the offering on Ryan Seacrest's website, the FOX stars released the audio to their brand new song titled "Light Up the World".
