Report: Mark Salling Sued for Sexual Battery

Legal matters are the norm in Hollywood, and now Mark Salling is the latest Tinseltown star to find himself suiting up a defense team.

On Friday (January 18), reports surfaced that the "Glee" star was being sued for sexual battery, after allegedly forcing ex-girlfriend Roxanne Gorzela to have sex without a condom in March 2011.
