After four years of marriage, Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon are set to celebrate their anniversary by renewing their wedding vows in Paris this week.

With the Eiffel Tower in the background, the couple will exchange vows for the second time at a romantic hotel on Friday eventing (April 27) and have even agreed to meet with the media afterwards at La Maison Blanche hotel.
