Lindsay Lohan: Free and Clear of NYC Hit-and-Run
Back in September she was accused of committing a hit-and-run accident in front of The Dream Hotel in Manhattan, but now Lindsay Lohan has been cleared of all charges.
Previously, LiLo was thought to have driven her Porsche into a pedestrian before fleeing the scene. As a result, the NYPD arrested her a short time later.
But now the case has been dismissed thanks to newly-released video footage that casts doubt on the plaintiff’s claims.
Of course, Lindsay is “ecstatic” about the news, though the alleged victim could still pursue a civil case. Meanwhile, Lohan plans to sue the accuser for defamation. Stay linked to the GossipCenter for all the latest on this developing story.
