Leonardo DiCaprio’s Promotion in Paris
He’s an international superstar, known the world over for his superior acting skills, and earlier today Leonardo DiCaprio was in Paris, France promoting his latest movie.
The “Titanic” stud was spotted at a photo call for the French premiere of “Body of Lies,” in which he stars alongside Russell Crowe as a CIA operative in pursuit of a major terrorist leader suspected to be operating out of Jordan.
As for this year’s Oscar race, DiCaprio will be up against Brad Pitt for Best Actor. And according to the Hollywood Reporter, it’s a dead heat.
“Leonardo DiCaprio and Brad Pitt almost certainly are strong contenders in the best actor category — shining, word has it, in their respective upcoming movies, The Curious Case of Benjamin Button and Revolutionary Road. But they and others might be up against a subtle force they can do little about in the best actor race: Oscar voters tend to favor actors playing real people.”
