They’ve always been such a loving family, and now it sounds like Heidi Klum and Seal’s brood is about to get a new addition.

The “Project Runway” hottie was spotted out and about in New York City yesterday along with her mother Erna and kids Leni, Johan, and Henry. And according to a report, she is pregnant with baby number four.

Getting in some quality time with their kids, Heidi Klum and Seal were spotted out making their way around Hollywood, California yesterday (March 27).

The “Project Runway” hottie and her “Kiss From a Rose” crooner definitely had their hands full with sons Henry Samuel and Johan, and daughter Leni as they made their way to an Italian restaurant.

Back on top of her motherly duties, Heidi Klum spent the day at the park with her brood of kiddies in Los Angeles on Sunday afternoon (March 15).

Tending to Leni, Henry and Johan, the Victoria’s Secret beauty and the gang seemed to be having a marvelous time as they ran freely about the park’s grounds.
