Kelly Rowland and Paulina Rubio Join "The X-Factor" Judges Panel

Though rumors of their arrival on “The X-Factor” have been circulating for days, it has been officially confirmed that Kelly Rowland and Paulina Rubio will join the show on Monday (May 20).

The former “Destiny’s Child” member appeared as a judge on the British version of the hit show back in 2011, while the “Boys Will Be Boys” singer coached on Mexico’s version of “The Voice” last year.
