Nick Stahl Put on Psychiatric Hold in L.A.

Having already had a history of struggle with substance abuse, Nick Stahl was put on a 5150 psychiatric hold in an L.A. hospital on Monday night (June 17).

The "Terminator 3" star arrived around 3:30 am that morning, driven by a friend, according to TMZ. However, the reason for the hold is still unknown.
