Lady Gaga Pays for Surgery and Donates Wheelchair to Fan

Showing off her charitable side, Lady Gaga has reportedly paid for a fan to undergo hip surgery.

The "Poker Face" songstress, who underwent her own such procedure in March, reached out to Emma C, a 19-year-old with scoliosis and hip dysplasia and offered to foot the bill for consultations and treatment with the team of doctors who worked on her.
