Recently, the Hollywood restaurant and bar L'Scorpion felt the wrath of the 32-year-old mommy-to-be when she joined other investors in a lawsuit.

According to the complaint against Meridian Restaurant group, each of four plaintiffs invested $20,000 into the project in July 2005 with the agreement to receive 5% of profits in return. Though the bar earned monthly profits up to $30,000, Kristen and the others claim they did not receive their fair share.
