Kourtney Kardashian: Property Hunt in Miami

In search of some primo real estate, Kourtney Kardashian and her assistant meandered around Miami, Florida today (October 17).

The “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” starlet looked retro-chic as she peeped some properties on Lincoln Road while shutterbugs looked on.

Meanwhile, Kourtney was thrilled at the announcement of her sister Khloe’s new gig as co-host of the “X Factor” alongside Mario Lopez.

She tweeted, "Wooooohoooooo! Pour the champagne! Khloe is the new The X Factor host with Mario Lopez. They will make such a perfect team! I am so proud and honored to call Khloe my sister. And my soul mate…duh. Congratulations Khloe!"
