Making for their second failed go at love, Jesse James and Kat Von D have parted ways, once again.

The “Monster Garage” guy and the “LA Ink” gal had previously nixed their engagement back in July before reuniting for another go at coupledom just last month.

Adding to what has already proven to be a tough year, Kat Von D has just been dealt yet another blow - her TLC reality show "LA Ink" has officially been canceled.

In a statement issued to the press, the network told, “TLC has decided that the current season of ‘LA Ink’ will be its last. The network is proud of what the series has accomplished in it four seasons, following Kat Von D’s journey as an artist from Miami to Los Angeles.”

Following her explosive walk-out during yesterday's (July 27) appearance on "Good Day LA," Kat Von D has bailed on the remaining leg of her "LA Ink" publicity blitz and offered up a super-emotional recap of her life over the last year.
