Kanye West: No Love at Dodger Stadium
He’s been having a blast as a brand new dad, but Kanye West likely didn’t enjoy his trip to see the Los Angeles Dodgers baseball game on Wednesday evening (August 14).
Joined by Rob Kardashian, the “Jesus Walks” rapper ended up on camera and when the crowd saw him on the big midfield screen, they all started booing.
ESPN’s Arash Markazi tweeted, "Kanye West was just shown on the jumbotron at Dodger Stadium and booed,” followed by, “Kanye West just got moved to second row seats near the Mets dugout. #KanyeWatch.”
Mr. Markazi spotted several other celebrities in the stands, though none of them received the negative reaction Kanye was given. Arash wrote, "[Retired NBA player] Robert Horry is at the Dodgers game and gets a loud ovation. Sorry, Kanye,” and “Robin Thicke is at the Dodgers game too and gets a loud ovation."
Thankfully, West let the incident go and chose to enjoy the evening with his buddies.
