In a feeble attempt to score a big payout from a huge star, a woman's lawsuit against Justin Bieber was dismissed last week.
The complaint alleged that plaintiff Stacey Betts suffered tinnitus and other hearing-related ailments after the "Beauty and a Beat" singer revved up the crowd on a "heart-shaped aluminum/steel gondola" causing a "sound blast."
Suing Justin, the record label, the promoter, and the venue, Betts asked for mover than $9 million in damages.
However, after being unable to find a lawyer to take her weak case, she decided to dismiss the lawsuit on her own.
