Justin Bieber: Back to Work After "Worst Birthday"

Emerging after a concert in Nottingham and a very late night in London, Justin Bieber returned to his hotel on Sunday (March 3).

The 19-year-old pop star looked a little tired in a gray Billionaire Boys Club hoodie, leopard-print pants, and matching sneakers as he made his way back with his entourage.

Perhaps relieved to be working again after his so-called "worst birthday," the "Beauty and a Beat" singer tweeted, "Nottingham thanks for being there for me to tonight. Love u."

Later, as his fans sent encouraging words for the downtrodden teenager, the Biebs posted, "I see and saw all the posts from around the world. U got me smiling. Love u. Thank u. #beliebers."
