It was an exciting evening for Batman fans in Denver, Colorado last night (July 19) until a masked gunman showed up at a screening of “The Dark Knight Rises.”

According to police, the alleged shooter gunned down twelve people (including a six-year-old child), with another fifty people being taken to the hospital with injuries.

Taking their blockbuster movie around the world, the cast of “The Dark Knight Rises” took over the spotlight at the European premiere on Wednesday evening (July 18).

It’s arguably the most anticipated film of the summer and, with only days remaining until its theatrical release, the cast of “The Dark Knight Rises” celebrated at the New York City premiere on Monday night (July 16).
