Kicking off the weekend a bit early, Jordin Sparks showed up at a very special Dress for Success party in New York City last night (April 11).

The “American Idol” alum joined Robin Meade for the swanky Dress for Success Honors Mothers of Jordin Sparks and Robin Meade at the Grand Hyatt, posing for the paparazzi with Sharon Meade, Joi Gordon, and Jodi Sparks.

Beating out contestants from ten other seasons, Kelly Clarkson topped Forbes' list of top-earning "American Idol" contestants.

From May 2011 to May 2012, the "Stronger" singer earned about $8 million, far surpassing the following two who tied for the second spot, Carrie Underwood and Chris Daughtry, who each took in $5 million.
