Taking a break from filming "The Wolf of Wall Street," Jon Bernthal garnered himself a little added exposure by covering the November 2012 Men's issue of Capitol File magazine.

The 36-year-old actor looked handsome as he suited up in a Louis Vuitton black tuxedo for the Art Streiber shot spread while talking about almost getting kicked out of school to his furry friends.

A few highlights from Mr. Bernthal's interview are as follows. For more, be sure to pay a visit to Capitol File!

On being a troublemaker in school:
"I was sort of right on the cusp of getting kicked out every year. They would always call my parents into the office and I would turn on this performance, begging them not to kick me out."

On the final "Walking Dead" scene:
"Ninety percent of what was said in that scene was improvised. The entire cast came out to that field [where the scene was shot] abd watched. It was a really emotional night."

On his pet Pit Bulls:
"I take [my dogs] to the set with me, everywhere with me. I take them cross country with me in my truck."
