On the area of the body women struggle with the most:
"I did a poll on Facebook asking which area of your body you struggle with most. And the number one answer was abs."
On how she stays motivated:
"While outside influences might be good catalyzers for lasting results you have to look inward. There is a famous quote that I live by: 'If you have a why you can tolerate any how'. Look inside and ask yourself why you want to get fit. How will your life change for the better. Let that motivate you. Honestly, skinny jeans, confidence, longevity and so on trumps any amount of brownies."
On how to reduce belly fat:
“You can’t spot-reduce fat. You must burn calories to burn fat while you condition your abs.”
On how alcohol negatively effects your fitness dreams:
“It’s going to dehydrate you, then make you feel puffy.”
On Beyonce's abs:
“I just love that she is sexy and feminine and has curves but is still really fit. To dance the way she does–she’s an incredible athlete.”
On Madonna's abs:
“It’s ridiculous how she’s kept fit at 53. Obviously, she means business.”
On Jennifer Aniston's abs:
“She’s always doing yoga or out on a run. She’s not too skinny. And she’s not obsessed about it. She just always looks good.”
