"Seinfeld" Actress Frances Bay Dies at 92
Forever remembered for her hilarious stint on "Seinfeld," actress Frances Bay passed away on Thursday (September 15) in Los Angeles, California.
As confirmed by her cousin Marly Zaslow, the New York Times reports that the 92-year-old died as a result of complications she suffered from pneumonia.
Making her on-screen acting debut in her 50s, Frances was most well-known for her sweet old lady roles in more than 150 different projects.
In what turned out to be the most notable of her various parts, Bay battled Jerry Seinfeld for an infamous loaf of marble rye bread.
