The “Rumor Has It” actress plays along with the constant reports that she’s pregnant by taking off a stomach covering to reveal a bulging belly.
Aniston exclaims, “It’s so hot out there. Oh God. Let’s get this off. So much better. How are my little triplets doing? You must be so thirsty. Oh my lord!”
