After recently obtaining Dannielynn's passport, Larry Birkhead is set to leave the Bahamas for the U.S. today (May 1). Access Hollywood is reporting that the ex-boyfriend of Anna Nicole Smith has plans of taking his daughter back to his Louisville home - so that the two can get on with their lives.

Since The Gossip Girl's last report, Birkhead also has finished the process of having his baby daughter's name officially changed on her Bahamian birth certificate. He is now officially "legally and biologically" Dannielynn Hope Birkhead's father.

The paternity suit over Dannielynn continues to rage on. The AP has reported that Anna Nicole Smith's ex-boyfriend, Larry Birkhead, emerged from a court hearing on Friday in a "happy mood," while Anna Nicole's mother refused to discuss the proceedings.

"I feel really good. What seems like has taken months and months in California basically is going pretty quick here in the Bahamas. I feel good about that. I think good things are coming pretty soon," Birkhead told Access Hollywood after the hearing adjourned.

The show "American Idol" and former Season 4 finalist Mario Vazquez are being sued by an ex-employee named Magdaleno Olmos. The former assistant production accountant brazenly alleges that he was fired for complaining of sexual harassment, stemming from a sexually charged bathroom incident.

Looking back, Vazquez left the show two seasons ago for personal reasons, telling Access Hollywood at the time, “It has nothing to do with my family, nothing with me being sick, nothing like that. Basically there will be lots of hearsay on certain things,” he added.
