Hilary Swank Raises Awareness About Malaria in BBC TV Movie
Enjoying her sunny Saturday, Hilary Swank cycled down Abbot Kinny with boyfriend Laurent Fleury and his two children after lunch at Gjelina's in Venice Beach (March 2).
The "Million Dollar Baby" star looked breezy in a white top, shorts, and a straw-colored hat as she pedaled next to her beau.
On Friday, the 38-year-old actress graced the small screen for the BBC TV movie, "Mary and Martha." Tied with the UK charity Comic Relief, the movie deals with the devastating impact of malaria.
Starring as Mary, Hilary loses her son to the preventable disease while he is in Mozambique. Joining forces with an English housewife who also lost her son, Mary and Martha work to make the issue known on Capitol Hill.
