Going for ultimate shock value, “Movie 43” has once again put together a red band trailer that’s sure to catch viewers by surprise.

Directed by a slew of helmsmen including Peter Farrelly, Will Graham, Steven Brill, James Duffy, and Brett Ratner, the ensemble comedy consists of interwoven plotlines and plenty of profanity and vulgarity.
