Halle Berry Goes to Court to Protect Daughter
Forced to deal with something a mother never wishes to, Halle Berry was spotted arriving to a Los Angeles, CA court on Tuesday (January 24).
The “New Year’s Eve” actress rode in the front seat of her lawyer’s car before heading inside to ask the judge to prohibit her daughter’s father, Gabriel Aubry, from having any contact with their little girl, Nahla, while his child endangerment and battery investigation is underway.
Apparently, Nahla’s nanny went to pick her up from school, only to find the 3-year-old was not there.
After going to Aubry’s house to pick Nahla up, the nanny put the French model into an outrage when she asked him why the little one had not gone to school.
According to the nanny (who works for both parents), Gabriel began cursing and pushing her out of the door while she was holding Nahla.
Understandably so, Halle is in court today trying to block Gabriel from even seeing Nahla while this is going on and until he can get control of his temper.
