Puckering up for a PDA-filled Big Apple shoot, Leighton Meester and Penn Badgley were busy kissing for the cameras on teh New York City set of "Gossip Girl" on Monday (February 6).

The Blair Waldorf darling looked elegant in a sparkling silver bejeweled tiara, cream fur-trimmed blazer and a bright pink princess cut ballgown featuring layers of gathered fabric as she locked lops with her Dan Humphrey co-star hunk on the steps of the Metropolitan Museum of Art.

The week beginning workday comes as we're just hours away from an all-new episode of "Gossip Girl" - with the show's latest installment titled "The Backup Dan" airing at 8/7c on The CW.

With a preview found in the player below, the "Gossip Girl" website offers up a synopsis reading: "Blair must make a difficult decision about her future, the consequences of which could hurt those she loves most. Serena takes the blame for an incident with Gossip Girl in order to protect someone she loves. Georgina smells the scent of scandal and decides to follow its trail. Penn Badgley, Chace Crawford, Ed Westwick, Kelly Rutherford and Matthew Settle also star. David Warren directed the episode written by Matt Whitney."
